At Noni The Label, we want you to love your pieces; if they aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please ensure your return is initiated within our standard timeframe to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the garment is free from any signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
